The Elastic Stack (formerly known as the ELK Stack) is a collection of open-source tools — Elasticsearch, Logstash, and Kibana — used together for searching, analyzing, and visualizing log and event data at scale. Elasticsearch stores and indexes the data, Logstash ingests and transforms it, and Kibana provides the visualization layer.
